1. The Promoters

   1. The promoters are RMP Enterprise Ltd of Unit 1.01 Piano House Brighton Terrace, London, United Kingdom, SW9 8DJ

2. The competition

   1. Students will enter the competition by participating in the kahoot quiz element of an Apprenticeship Accelerator session run between November 28th and January 30th 2024.

1. You may only submit one entry to this promotion.

1. The prize is a £250 digital voucher of your choice and is not eligible for exchange or a cash alternative

1. How to enter

   1. A winner will be chosen after each session and will be announced live at the event. The winner must claim their prize, as instructed on air, by contacting tatiana@rmpenterprise.co.uk with a screen shot showing their user ID on the Kahoot quiz within 24 hours of the quiz to be eligible for the prize. 

   2. The eligible kahoot quizzes will be hosted at 7pm on the following dates; Thursday 28th November 2024 and Thursday 30th January 2025.

   3. Only live participants will be eligible for the prize.

   4. No purchase is necessary and there is no charge to register for use of the website.

   5. The Promoters will not accept:

      1. responsibility for competition entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or 

      2. proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition.

   6. By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility

   1. The competition is only open to all residents in the UK.

   2. The following are not eligible to enter:

      1. any person who does not meet the eligibility criteria above;

      2. employees of the Promoters or its holding or subsidiary companies;

      3. employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoters or their holding or subsidiary or sister companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or

      4. members of the immediate families or households of (ii) and (iii) above.

   3. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. The Promoters may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition.

   4. The Promoters will not accept competition entries that are:

      1. automatically generated by computer;

      2. completed by third parties or in bulk; or

      3. incomplete.

   5. There is a limit of one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

   6. The Promoters reserve all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.

   7. Competition entries cannot be returned. If you would like to save your entry, please print a copy before submitting it.

3. The prize

   1. The prizes are outlined below:

1 x £250 digital voucher per session

1. Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoters reserve the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

2. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.

3. Should the prize not be claimed within 24 hours it will not be awarded.

4. The cash prizes cannot be substituted for a cash alternative.

1. Winners

   1. The decision of the Promoters is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

   2. The winner must claim their prize, as instructed on air, by contacting tatiana@rmpenterprise.co.uk with a screen shot showing their user ID on the Kahoot quiz within 24 hours of the quiz to be eligible for the prize. 

   3. Prizes will be sent by post within 14 working days from the date the Promoters receive the winners’ prize acceptance confirmation.

   4. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

   5. The Promoters do not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.

2. Limitation of liability

   1. Insofar as is permitted by law,  the Promoters, their agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoters, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

3. Data protection and publicity

   1. The Promoters will only process your personal information as set out in the privacy policy.

4. General

   1. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoters may, at their sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.

   2. The Promoters reserve the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

   3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
